Documentation

As an ISO registered company BAF operates a control of documents procedure in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. As part of this process there is a section for control of client specific documents. This provides a greater control over critical design documentation and ensures accurate and current information is available at all times as well as correct, complete and consistent information to meet client’s requirements. Documents are developed, verified and approved in line with each phase of a project.

As many of BAF designs are bespoke, the Handover Documentation is development in-house by BAF project personnel in line with the final as built design and client specific requirements. Brian A. Flynn ensure that handover documentation is completed on time and that clients receive all required as built handover documentation and have instant access to critical information. All handover documentation is archived and backed up electronically.
